It is highly unusual to offer a practice that has been owned and operated by the original owner for over 30 years. This general practice has grown steadily over the years and the owner is proud to be providing care to multiple generations of patients.
The dentist owner and one associate provide all the patient care, including preventive treatment. Most specialty procedures, including molar endodontics, 3rd molar extractions, periodontics, and orthodontics, are referred outside the practice. This limited scope of services represents a tremendous upside for a new owner. Depending on the preference of the buyer, these services can be successfully integrated into the practice and offer a substantial opportunity to increase revenue.
Almost one-half of the revenue is derived from preventive services, which has proven to be a profitable model. As of year-end July 2023, the practice increased revenue by $80,000, over the previous year. This year the practice is on track to increase revenue again by an additional $26,000.
The practice does not accept assignment of benefits, except for a few long-standing patients. Accounts Receivable are extremely low, at less than $2,000.00.

Currently, the practice has 3 operatories with a plumbed area for a 4th operatory. The office has digital radiography, but no panorex.
The Vendor is available to work in the practice for at least one year, on a part-time basis to ensure the patients a successful transition.
