Sale urgently required! The solo dentist has developed a medical condition that prevents them from practicing.

This successful practice was established in 2013. It is situated on the ground floor in a retail plaza and consists of 3 operatories plus a Pan in 1,432 square feet. There is an additional room plumbed and wired for a 4^th operatory but currently used for storage. The community itself is rapidly growing and located about 30 minutes north of the GTA, commuting distance from Toronto. The lease runs to October 31, 2037 (current term is to October 31, 2027) and has an exclusivity clause but no demolition clause.

This is a restorative family practice, with many procedures referred out. There is great demand for hygiene appointments, which consequently accounts for more than 40% of the total practice production. Only one hygienist is on staff and works two days per week. Temps are used extensively so it would be advantageous for a new owner to bring in a reliable second hygienist as part of the team.

The annual production of the practice is $900K – $1MM with an estimated 1,700 active patients. This is a solid opportunity for a solo, hands-on dentist. The current owner will not be available to work as an associate for a transition period due to their medical condition but would be available to assist in any other way.
