  • Room to introduce general anaesthesia and IV sedation. There is a clear opportunity to add a sedation and GA program, which would keep complex surgical, pediatric, and anxious-patient cases in-house rather than referring them out and would open a valuable new revenue stream. The owners believe this could add another $1M to $2M in annual production.
  • Marketing upside on a zero-marketing base. The practices have grown to this size almost entirely through word-of-mouth, with no meaningful marketing spend. A modest, professional marketing program would be pure incremental growth.
