The Vendor provides most restorative services, including all preventive treatment. All endodontic and surgery are referred. The Vendor employs one staff member whose duties include serving as a receptionist and a dental assistant. The office is open 4 days/week with no Friday or evening hours.
The Vendor treated approximately 350 individual patients last year, and while this is a modest patient base, the patients are extremely loyal and committed to this office. The patients are generally bilingual, but most speak both English and French.
However, to guarantee a successful transition, a French-speaking owner is highly recommended.
The Vendor is willing to assist the buyer with a short transition.
