Reema was born in India but has called Winnipeg her home since a very young age. After Certification in Architectural Drafting, she met and married her husband then resided in Edmonton. Being married to a dentist, Reema grew fascinated with the field and decided to become a dental assistant. She received her certification after successfully finishing the program from KDM College. In 2014, they bought a family dental office in Grande Prairie. While helping her husband with the clinic, Reema decided to pursue her career in real estate and is currently licensed with the Manitoba Real Estate Board.

As Reema’s husband is attending the graduate prosthodontic program, they decided to sell their clinic. Going through the sales process of their own clinic through ROI was a life altering experience. During this process Reema realized that the sale of one’s office is one of the biggest decisions in a practitioner’s life; and how finding that right person to take over your life’s work can be a very challenging and important decision.

Through her journey in the dental industry Reema gained unique exposure to all the facets of a private dental practice from buying to managing to selling, which she will bring to ROI. The opportunity again came for her to move back to Winnipeg, where she got an opportunity to work for ROI and represent Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

As your representative and agent, Reema’s goal will be to ensure not only getting you a fair market value of your practice but she will try her best to ensure a smooth and harmonious transition for you and the buyer.

In her free time, Reema enjoys traveling, cooking, trying new things and meeting new people. She with her husband have 3 wonderful girls and a stubborn dedicated puppy.

  • Making the decision to sell our dental practice was not too difficult. We had mapped out a plan for retirement including finances and activities that we wanted to pursue. When we purchased our practice 32 years ago it was reasonably simple. The practice owner at the time had had an evaluation done and since we trusted the evaluator we simply sought bank financing and completed the deal. So how difficult could It be to sell our practice now? That being said, if we were selling our residence we would feel more comfortable having a real estate agent help us out and we felt even more strongly about hiring a professional to assist in the sale of our office.

    At the outset of this journey we enlisted the services of Reema Singla of ROI Corporation to analyze our practice and to help with its marketing and sale. There is a lot of information that goes into their very thorough evaluation and Reema was very helpful and patient with us throughout the entire data gathering process. To prepare something similar on our own would have been impossible in the same time frame. We also appreciated the fact that ROI is a company operating across Canada and therefore can reach a wider audience of prospective purchasers for your practice. Additionally, having a third party evaluation can be worth it as they can point out good points of your office that you may not have thought as positive features of your office. In the end it was well worth it in both determination of the value of our office and the time that Reema took to get to know us and the kind of dentist who might be best suited to take over our dental practice.

    We did attempt some negotiation with interested parties prior to engaging ROI but that experience convinced us that the process of dealing with prospective purchasers was taking too much time from our professional and personal lives.

    The overall experience with Reema and ROI was a very good one. Reema was helpful throughout the negotiations and after the sale as well in making sure that every thing was going smoothly.
